Registration Open - HS Mission Trip

Online registration is open now for the HS Mission Trip. You will need to make a $60 deposit and the total cost is $160. The full balance is due by June 1st. If you have funds in your account, you may use that towards to cost of the trip. This will be an exciting trip and a great time to serve and learn about all the opportunities there are for people in mission.

Graduation Banquet

Class of 2010! You will be receiving an invite in the mail to the Graudation Banquet. Your family is invited to join us, too. It will be on April 15th at 6:30pm, so mark your calendars.

In the meantime, we have setup an event on facebook for you to mark your attendance.

This Weekend - JR High Retreat

Here's some more info for this weekend. First, each person must have a Consent and Release Form on file. This also needs to be notarized.

You need to arrive at the church by 5pm. Please pack in one bag, plus your sleeping bag & pillow.

Things to bring:

Pillow
Sleeping Bag
Bible
Washcloth
Towel
Soap
Toothbrush
Toothpaste
Deodorant
Any other toiletries
Suntan lotion
Rain jacket
$$ for three meals
Camera
Water bottle
Clothes for all three days - check the weather when you pack, it might be cool

Your Student Account

Late last fall, a harddrive on our network failed. This stored a lot of data inclduing the Youth Ministry's database. To make a long story short we lost our backup too. Since then we have corrected the mistake that we made with the setup and should not find ourselves in this position again. However, included in the information that was lost was the record of student accounts.

With that said, we need your help. Many people had $$ in their accounts from fundraisers. While we still have the money, we have no idea who it belongs, too. If you had money in your account, we are asking that you complete the STUDENT ACCOUNT RECOVERY FORM and turn it in by March 15th, 2010. We will do our best to fill each request.

Scholarship Opportunity for Seniors

The scholarship is through Riverside Bank. When you open the .pdf, you will be able to read through the eligibility requirements. Then you just need to print the app, fill it out, and place it in the mail.

Graduating Seniors 2010

If you are graduating this year, we need to collect some info from you. You may be thinking, "They already have mine," and yes we did, but no we don't. The database was lost and we are working to recover it.

In the meantime, if graduate in 2010, we need your name, address, city, zip, phone, cell, and email. We are making plans for the graudation banquet on April 15th of this year and want to make sure you are invited. Email Bryant the info and we'll add you to the list.
