Pumpkin Patch

Pumpkins will be delivered on October 16th @ 8:30am. Everyone needs to come help unload the pumpkins.

Pumpkin Patch is an awesome fundraiser. Over the past few years we have raised between $17 and $28 for each hour you worked. As soon as the schedule goes up, begin getting registered to help with the fundraiser. The more you work, the more you earn.

Your Student Account

Late last fall, a harddrive on our network failed. This stored a lot of data inclduing the Youth Ministry's database. To make a long story short we lost our backup too. Since then we have corrected the mistake that we made with the setup and should not find ourselves in this position again. However, included in the information that was lost was the record of student accounts.

With that said, we need your help. Many people had $$ in their accounts from fundraisers. While we still have the money, we have no idea who it belongs, too. If you had money in your account, we are asking that you complete the STUDENT ACCOUNT RECOVERY FORM and turn it in by March 15th, 2010. We will do our best to fill each request.

Chick-fil-A Holday Workers

If you worked at Chick-fil-A over the holidays, I have some good news for you! You earned $27 per shift you worked. That is awesome. It will be deposited into your accounts for your future use.

Fundraiser with Honey Baked Ham

The week of October 11th, we will begin another fundraiser. You will be given Honey Baked Ham gift cards that are valued at $25. You will be able to take up to 10 to begin with. You sell them for $25 and you will receive $5 for one you sell. This money will be placed into your account to be used for upcoming trips.

You will have until November 18th to sell all of your cards, at which point we will collect at that you have remaining. These will be perfect for the holidays coming up, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If someone is going to buy a ham anyway, why not allow you to keep some of the profit. Then they can pick up their ham right here in town.
