hs winter retreat, photos, pictures in events Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 12:34PM Bryant Just a reminder for the HS Winter Retreaters. Meet at the church on the 27th at 4am. Please be on time so that we will have enough time at the airport to check in. We will arrive back on the 31st to Orlando at 8pm, but not back in Melbourne until about 10 or so depending on baggage and travel. It has been quite cold and snowy in Winter Park. Make sure you have long johns, wool socks, and beannie style hat with a liner on the inside (knit won't be warm enough for your Florida ears), goggles, and layers of long sleeve t-shirts or sweaters, etc.
You get two bags of up to 50lbs and your carry on. I suggest packing in one bag with one carry-on if you can.
high school, hs winter retreat in events Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 5:13PM Bryant Flight info is as follows. Out flight leaves Orlando at 7:35. We want to arrive by 5am. Here's the bad news, that means that you need to be at the church ready to leave at 4am. We will not be stopping for breakfast, but once we get through check-in, security, and into the terminal you will be able to buy some food or bring some granola bars. We should arrive in Denver at 9:50am Mountain time. From there we will be on a charter bus, stopping for lunch (you will need money) and arriving at the resort by about 2pm. We will get our gear that day and get settled in, but will not be skiing on the 27th. We will ski the 28th - 30th.
For the trip back, we will leave the resort at 8am and our flight will leave Denver at 1pm. We will arrive back to Orlando at 7:35pm and get back to the church no later than 10pm on the 31st. Travel will be busy that day, so delays may occur. You can request flight numbers via email.

Please be sure to have yours in on time. These include your High School Winter Retreat Registration, Consent and Release Form, and the Winter Park Ski Release. You can download all three here.

Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 12:11PM Bryant Currently, there are one spot available open for anyone in high school that would like to join us for the High School Winter Retreat. It will be December 27th - 31st. There are funds available to assist and a few fundraisers coming up that will help you pay for the trip.

hs winter retreat in High School, announcements, events Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 5:18PM Bryant The first of two Pancake Breakfast's is coming. It is on Sunday, September 27th. You will need to arrive by 7:30am and plan to work until 11:30am or until it is all cleaned up.
This fundraiser is specifcally for those who are attending the High School Winter Retreat. Email Cindy Moore to schedule yourself to work. Only those who work the breakfast will receive funds from it.
And mark your calendar for the second which is coming on October 18th.
Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at 2:13PM Bryant We will having two fundraisers specifcially for the High School Winter Retreat this year. If you are participating in the trip, you are expected to help. ll the money raised will be divided among those who are going on the trip.
On Septmeber 27th and October 18th, we will be holding a pancake breakfast. You will need to be at the church by 7:30am and you will continue until all is cleaned up at about 11:30am. This tends to be a great fundraiser and should reduce your cost by a large portion.
Monday, July 6, 2009 at 11:49AM Bryant Please be sure to look at and mark your calendars with the dates for the payment schedule. At the parent meeting we suggested that everyone make a minimum payment of $100 a month. In the following list you will see the dates and the total balance that is due at that time. Please make sure to follow this schedule and pay as needed in between.

high school, hs winter retreat in announcements, events Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 11:27PM Bryant High School Winter Retreat - All deposits for this year's winter retreat to Colorado are due by June 12th. please make sure to have this in on time. Due to the flight it will be very difficult to add any others past the deadline.
High School Mission Trip - The registration deadline for the HS Mission Trip is June 15th. You may sign up online or by turning in your $85 for the trip. All payments are no later than June 15th.
