Pumpkin Patch is in full swing. There are still a few shifts open and a few with no adult. Please take a look at thePumpkin Patch Schedule. If there is a shift that you can assist with, please let us know or sign up on the board.

Pumpkin Patch - Sign up to Work

The sign up for Pumpkin Patch is up. You may sign up for three shifts. Please remember that you must have an adult to work each shift, too. So check with your parents and see if they are available. After a week or so goes by, you will be able to sign up for any open shifts. 

Pumpkin Patch

Pumpkins will be delivered on October 16th @ 8:30am. Everyone needs to come help unload the pumpkins. 

Pumpkin Patch is an awesome fundraiser. Over the past few years we have raised between $17 and $28 for each hour you worked. As soon as the schedule goes up, begin getting registered to help with the fundraiser. The more you work, the more you earn. 

Pumpkin Patch $

This year for pumpkin patch, you earned $16 per shift that you worked. We went through the schedule and verified that against the sign in sheet, totaled up your shifts, and added that total to your account.

So, everyone who worked got a minimum of $16 added to their account. And Caroline H. worked the most with 7 shifts and a total of $112. Good work Caroline!

Pumpkin Shifts and Parents

As a reminder to all who work the patch. It is expected that at least one parent of the youth working each shift will also work the patch. Without an adult present, the patch cannot remain open.

There are a few shifts currently that do not have a parent scheduled to work during this coming week, the last week of October. Please check your shift and verify that an adult is signed up.

In addition there are four morning shifts open next week, too. This is the busiest week of sales and we are in need of people to sell the pumpkins.

Further Adventures with Pumpkin Deliveries

I just spoke with Pumpkin Patch Fundraisers and was told that the truck is on its way and that we should still expect it by 9am Saturday. Great news! So, come on out at 9am and be ready to unload pumpkins.

Pumpkin Delivery Has Been Delayed

The pumpkins have been delayed. At this point I am not sure if the delay will be a few hours or until Sunday or later. Please continue checking back frequently as the new delivery time and schedule will be posted as soon as we know.
