Changes to the Summer Schedule

Tuesday movie nights time has been changed to 6-8:30pm. 

Band Jam/Tech Team Training time has also been changed to 6-8pm. 

All the other schedule is the same. Do not forget about the blackout dates.
There is one more Mission Monday on the 18th. We will be going to Hibisicus Court and spending time with the elderly.  

Mission Day June 28th

We will again be returning to Master's Workshop on June 28th. You will need to arrive at the church at 9:45am and bring your lunch. We will be there through lunch time and returning around 2pm.

Looking for a Summer Job @ Chick-fil-A

Some of you already volunteered with Chick-fil-A this past holiday season. Now, you have a chance to get paid for it, too. This is an email I received from this week. If you are interested, give Sandy a call or email her Sandy scottsandywashburn@yahoo.com.

I am looking for BUBBLY, ENERGETIC people to help with our marketing and sampling at our Palm Bay Chick-fil-A.

*  FUN people to train to be a "Cow" out on Palm Bay Road for 2 hour shifts during breakfast, lunch & 

    dinner Monday - Saturday.

*  Palm Bay Dining Room Sampler.  11:30 - 1:30 and 5:30 - 7:30 Monday - Saturday

* Melbourne Square Sampler/Hostess  Monday - Saturday 5:30 - 7:30 evenings and Saturdays 11:30-1:30. 

Not sure of pay right now but know it will be at least minimum wage and a meal!

Introduicng Katie Aust - 2010 Summer Intern

We want to welcome Katie Aust, our 2010 Youth Ministry Summer Intern. Katie grew up in Windemere, FL, which sits just between Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando.

 

She graduated from Dr. Phillip's High School and is now in her second year at Valencia Community College where she is involved in the United Methodist Wesley Foundation.

 

Katie has been attending St. Luke's United Methodist Church since she was a youth. She served as a High School Light and now is an adult volunteer in their Middle School Program. In addition, she has served as a camp counselor at Warren Willis United Methodist Camps in Leesburg.

 

Katie is full of energy, a professional at leading games, and is very excited about joining us this summer. We are just as excited to have her joining us, beginning May 19th.
